Pussy Riot Preview 'Panic Attack' EP with New Song 'SEXIST'
Pussy Riot are previewing their new EP Panic Attack — due out March 11 — with a new single titled "SEXIST."

Written by the group's Nadya Tolokonnikova and featuring Russian rapper Hofmannita, the song aims to "flip upside down the main premise of the patriarchal culture." The track features production by Count Baldor and White Punk, and in tandem with its release, "SEXIST" arrives alongside a Tolokonnikova-directed video showing leashed half-naked men in pig disguises.

"Instead of women and queer people being objectified and serving as furniture, we use sexist pigs as furniture," Tolokonnikova explained in a statement. "The video does not encourage to oppress anyone, but rather satirically highlights arbitrary and absurd nature of any oppression."

The band added: "We hope that 'SEXIST' will bring closer the world without harassment and discrimination based on gender and/or sexuality."

"SEXIST" follows the release of the EP's lead track "TOXIC," featuring Dorian Electra and production by Dylan Brady of 100 gecs. The record's full tracklist has yet to be revealed.
